Refund & Returns

Exchanges are possible within 7 days from purchase date. All valid returns must be unworn or opened with attached tags and packaging  in the same condition as when you received it.*

Kindly write us at ruangbysal@gmail.com prior returning, without a written notice
the return is not applicable. The jewelry must be returned in its original packaging. Upon approval, exchange or store credit will be provided, there are no refunds.

*All charges incurred in the case of a return (i.e. shipping, duties, and taxes) are the customer's responsibility. In the case of an exchange the customer will be required to pay an additional re-shipping fee.
